Terms & Conditions

1. Fixed Pricing & Scope

All website design, development, and automation projects are quoted with a fixed price and detailed scope of deliverables before work commences. Any client-requested additions outside the agreed scope are quoted and approved in writing prior to execution.

2. Payment Terms

Standard project builds require a 50% initial deposit upon contract signing, with the remaining 50% balance due upon staging approval prior to final live launch. Monthly recurring services (Care Plans, SEO, Social Media) are billed monthly with no long-term lock-in contract and may be cancelled anytime with 30 days written notice.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom design files (Figma, vector assets), custom theme code, and content authored specifically for your project transfer entirely to you. Next Nova Technologies retains the right to display completed project screenshots and public results in our portfolio and marketing materials.

4. 30-Day Post-Launch Support

Every full website build includes 30 days of complimentary post-launch technical support to resolve any bugs, layout adjustments, or form connectivity issues.

5. Governing Law
