01  Sound familiar?

Is your product hard to use?

If any of these sound familiar, design fixes them before code does. Here’s how.

01

“Users get lost in our app.”

How we fix itWe map the user flows first, so every screen has a clear job and a clear next step.

02

“Every screen looks a bit different.”

How we fix itA design system with colours, type, spacing and components keeps every screen consistent.

03

“Developers keep guessing what the design means.”

How we fix itDeveloper handoff with Dev Mode specs and a reusable component library, so nothing gets lost between design and code.

04

“We’re not sure everyone can use it.”

How we fix itAn accessibility check on contrast and focus states, to WCAG AA.

02  What you get

What a UI/UX project includes

A fixed scope, agreed before we start. Every project includes all of this.

A discovery workshop and user flow map

We map who uses the product and the steps they take, before any screen is drawn.

Wireframes, then high-fidelity UI

Wireframes for key screens, then polished desktop and mobile designs in Figma.

A clickable prototype

Click through the product before it’s built, and test it with real people.

A design system

Colours, type, spacing and components with variants.

An accessibility check

WCAG AA contrast and focus states.

Developer handoff

Dev Mode specs, so developers build it as designed.

03  How we work

Three things we do differently

Design projects go wrong when screens come before structure, nothing gets tested, and developers get a picture instead of a system.

Structure first

User flows and wireframes before pixels

We start with a discovery workshop and a user flow map, then wireframe the key screens. You agree the structure before we spend time on colours and polish.

Tested

A prototype you can click before it’s built

Before anything is coded, you get a clickable prototype of the product. Click through it yourself, show it to customers and change what doesn’t work while changes are cheap.

Changes made before code

Ready to build

A design system, not just screens

Developers get a reusable component library with variants, colours, type and spacing, plus Dev Mode specs. And if you want, we build it ourselves.

04  Price

A fixed price, agreed before we start

The price follows the screens and user flows we agree in the first week. Extra screens are quoted before we add them.

Where we’re not the best fit

If you need in-depth user research with many participants, a specialist product design agency is the better choice. And if you only need a simple marketing site, a website project already includes the design.

09  Is it right for you?

Who this is for, and who it isn’t

UI/UX design pays off when the product is more than a few pages. Here’s how to tell.

A good fit if you…

Are building a web app or SaaS product and want it easy to use.

Have a product users find confusing and want to fix it.

Need a design system your developers can build from.

Want to test the idea before paying for code.

Probably not a fit if you…

Need a simple marketing website. A website project includes the design.

Need it built, not just designed. See custom web apps.

Need a logo and brand. See branding.

Need large-scale user research. A specialist agency suits that better.

Ask on WhatsApp
What’s the difference between UI and UX?

UX is how the product works — the flow and structure. UI is how it looks — the screens, colours and components. We do both.

Can you turn my Figma design into a website?

Yes, pixel-accurate in WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or Next.js.

How much does UI/UX design cost?

Projects start at $1,490 and take 2–6 weeks, depending on the number of screens and user flows.

Do I own the design files?

Yes. Everything stays in your Figma team.

Can you audit our existing product?

Yes. We run UX audits of existing sites and apps and tell you what to fix first.

What do developers get?

A reusable component library with variants, colours, type and spacing, plus Dev Mode specs for every screen.
